Your Responsibilities
Data Processing & Curation – Build clean, reliable datasets from internal and public sources to support energy simulations, including building geometry, simulation outputs, and regulatory data.
Algorithm Development – Develop, tune, and maintain algorithms that improve the quality and efficiency of our energy consulting solutions through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and close collaboration with energy experts.
Benchmarking – Assess and benchmark the performance of algorithms against baselines using defined KPIs, statistical validation, and real-world energy data, applying tools such as MLflow for experiment tracking and model versioning.
RAG System Development – Design, build, and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using LLMs, vector databases, and modern embedding techniques to enable intelligent querying of energy and regulatory documents.
Applied Innovation – Identify practical ML/AI improvements to existing products and workflows. This is an application-driven role focused on prototyping, validation, and productionization rather than open-ended research.
Cross-functional Communication – Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and results to product, tech, and energy experts, translating technical insights into clear business impact and leading technical demos when needed.
